KH cocnert 3-31-07

i saw KH yesterday and it was AMAING! i had so much fun! i couldnt believe that like the whole night was perfect. well besides my friends who could not go with me.

i got front row! and i did get squished but it was so worth it! i mean come on its fucking Kill Hannah!

but before they came on some local band played and they sorta sucked. LOL but then another local band played called Marashimo. they kicked ass! and they were super sweet and like all of they were super cute! it was so funny cause they just kepted on playing when they werent sappose to. so they got kicked off twice! lol but then they were finally done and the drummer comes up to me and gave me the 1st drumstick of his. they were so cool.

so yet agian another local band and then KH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

so they get up on stage and everyone went NUTS! it was just so funny. so when they started they had their lazrer lights on their guitars. it was like the coolist thing. so Matt is going nuts and they were just so amazing live! and Matt decieds that he wants to jump on the gates and sing right in front of me. and he and jonnhy goes and crowd surfs. that was so COOL! THEN, Matt takes my poster cause i made one for them. and waves it around in front of the whole crowd and when i met him i told him he could keep it. he said it was cute that i made it for them:)

so the show sadly comes to an end:*( so i went over to the merch table and got some stuff. and i met all of the guys from KH and from Marashimo. i got autographs from all of them. and pics with all of them:D they are just the sweetest guys ever! they are so down to earth! it was so funny cause Dan from KH was sorta joking around with me about being short:P it was such a great time.

so i dont think i forgot anything but if so i will let ya know.

and they keepted on saying i was just so cute :P so please check out my pics:)

69 eyes concert, feb 3 2007

hey guys

well getting to the concert was a nightmare! lol well what happened was there was a HUGE mix up on when we would leave and we left like almost 2 hours later than we wanted too! i went my my boyfriend Logan and his mom took us cause we have no idea how to get there. lol so we finaly got there around4 to 4:30. so not cool! but they werent going to open the doors till 6. so everyone waited in their car.

so we were waiting in the car and it was still pretty freezing. and i look out the window and guess who i see???!!!! i see JUSSI! so logan and i freaked out! Jussi was going to a quicki mark thing across the st. so we were debaiting on weither to go bug him or not. cause we were hoping for a pic with him. so we finaly decided to go over there and ask, some people had already gone over there but as soon as we go in there they leave. so logan and i are alone with jussi in the store!!! so he turns around and smiles *melts* and asked us if we wanted a pic. we said we would wait till he was done shopping. so guess what he bought?! lol he got chocolate roses, some night meds, and coffe. i was awww hes sick:***(, so once he was done he talked to us. he is super uber nice! he is like the sweetest guy ever. so the people who worked at the store took our pic. so Logan and i were trying to find somthing for him to sign. and the owner of the store gives him a pen. then Jussi puts his bag down and and goes into his pocket. but while he did that his bag ripped so Logan helped him with it and picked all of it up for him. and Jussi didnt even freak out like any normal famouse person. cause you know they might think you woul steal. but guess what he said?! he goes you help me with my bag ill give you autographs! LOL so he pulls out postcards of the 69 eyes and signed them for us then all of us go back over to the concert venue. i still cant believe that we got to meet him! i was shaking becuase i was so nervouse!

so we go and we wait in line for the ocnert to start. and wow were there some interesting people there. like half the people were smoking pot! it was pretty gross! then this lady who was like in her 40's so so happened to be in the car next to us earler, but we were standing right next to her and i took off my coat cause it was hot. she turns to me and goes there now you look the part! we were saying (her and her kids) that you were to pretty to be with him (logan) i was soooo pissed! i was like how dare you say that and say it to me! there were a lot of rude people there:( then there was this once girl who dressed sorta like a slut she goes and asked me who the drummer of the 69 eyes was. and i go jussi... she goes oohh i like him hes really hot! and she said that while here bf was right there! i didnt like her.

the doors finaly opened and logan went upstairs so we could get balcony so we could see, not get steped on, and so i could get pics. and guess what?! they CAME OUT! i am soooo happy that this time it worked! lol

well 3 inches of blood was the opening band they were interesting. i could really here the singer though.

then the 69 eyes came out. i could wait! they didnt play to much sadly. they played like 5-6 songs! it made me sad. but i got sooo pissed! so asswholes in the crowd that were there to see COF and thought the 69 eyes were too "emo" they started to throw ice at them! and they hit jussi and jyrki! ggrrr i got soo mad. but they got kicked out! LOL

COF finlay came on and all hell broke lose! everyone went nuts and like the whole floor was a moshpit! i was very happy to be upstairs. but they werent that bad. its just not my kind of music. and they now have a girl keyboarder.

i did get a shirt. but i was really upset cause everything there was so much monet i could get my friends stuff. im really sorry guys! i hope you arent mad.

so yeah that was my night, it was all worth it in the end:)

dead untill dark

new HIM interview:)

HIM: TALES OF THE TOURS

HIM’s new remixes and rarities album ‘Uneasy Listening Vol. 1’ has recently been unleashed by Columbia Records. To celebrate, ROCK SOUND has been catching up with frontman Ville Valo and bassist Mige for an exclusive chat about life on the road…

“Touring,” explains HIM frontman Ville Valo, “is the sweetest hemorrhoid on earth. It’s the loveliest pain in the arse.”
Since HIM’s inception in 95, it’s taken up a greater share of vocalist Valo, bassist Migé, guitarist Linde, drummer Gas and keyboardist Burton’s lives than writing and recording, nuptials and births, and heartache and melancholia combined. As a chart-topping act in Germany, Austria and Finland, the band have worked hard for acclaim. But for all their road miles, Valo says touring doesn’t make them money, and any cash from merchandise is channelled straight back into the band. Rather than lavish themselves at home, HIM use it to create more elegant stage set-ups, get better PAs, and allow the band to stay in nicer hotels. But back in 97 after the release of their debut ‘Greatest Lovesongs, Vol. 666’, their touring experience was somewhat different.
“In Finland you can’t usually play on Monday and Tuesday nights so we gigged for the rest of the week plus weekends and then returned home,” recalls Valo. “We did that for about a year. At first we started in the middle of winter, driving in vans with broken heaters, everyone huddled together. We played shitty gear, roadie’d for ourselves, and got drunk every night – well, more than we do nowadays – but it was a blast.”
The next year HIM did their first proper tour outside of Finland. But when asked about the 11-date stint around Germany, Mige draws a blank.
“I was so stoned I don’t remember any of it,” he says in all seriousness. “I’m talented in the way I can play very stoned, but I can’t do that anymore.”
Two years later the band returned to Germany. By this time they’d had a Number 1 single with ‘Join Me In Death’ (99). Naturally, the quintet celebrated.
“It was the first time when everything was handed to us,” says Valo. “That we had the possibility of decent backstage riders and of course we overdid it.”
“Like any young man would,” chips in Mige.
“Nowadays we still do it every night,” says Valo, “just a bit more moderately. We celebrate our minds.”
Equipped with the facility to order most drinks within reason, Mige had an unusual request for the band’s rider: Bibles.
“I used to collect them so I’d have a lot of papers,” he says. “I have all the Bibles at home just in case I start smoking weed again.”

NOTION SICKNESS
Prior to his first glimmer of success Valo admits to worrying about every aspect of the night’s performance, from the perfect setlist through to ensuring everyone arrived at the gig precisely on time. But with almost a decade’s touring experience the frontman realises that technical mishaps occur and that no night is perfect.
As HIM’s lyricist it seems unimaginable that Valo forgets lyrics live, but the frontman considers such memory lapses as “kind of sexy”. Still, there’s one thing he has no control over: pre-stage nerves.
“You have got to have butterflies,” he says. “It’s a positive thing; about being excited, being nervous. A lot of times I throw up. I should really eat earlier in the day so I can digest food but I just can’t. At times I’m so hungry I stuff myself two hours before the gig and that’s when the puking happens.”
For a while, HIM even had a personal chef. In the early days friend Antto Melasniemi played keyboards but later left HIM to cook. Famed for his culinary skills, he’s cooked around the globe.
“Antto used to travel with us in the States,” says Valo. “He was more like a psychedelic chef as he used to get more drunk and stoned than we did. It ended up in a situation where he had all the cooking equipment needed to make a decent dinner, but got so drunk that we had to tell him to go grab a pizza for us. But it was fun.”

BUTT OF THE JOKE
A committed smoker, Valo takes advantage of continent crossings to buy duty-free fags. Chooffing his way through up to 100 per day, entering the US provides the chance to buy up to 400 smokes. But a few years ago he got slugged by Finnish customs for returning with too many cartons. And at the very mention of Finnish customs Mige becomes enraged. He recalls an incident when he was 18.
“I was driving around Europe and had been to all the borders and no one had stopped me,” he says. “I came to the Finnish border and there was this c**t, and they thought I was packing weed so they made me stand next to the car naked while they examined my fucking arse-crack. They kept me standing there for quite a while. I am traumatised by that.”
Pivotal to HIM’s success is manager Seppo Vesterinen. Back in 95 at a Helsinki gig, the ex-Hanoi Rocks manager and one-time poet detected their spark and has handled their affairs ever since. Vesterinen (who also manages The Rasmus) seldom accompanies the band on tour, but when he does he takes on a more fatherly role, keeping a close eye on things away from the limelight. A constant in their lives, Mige is quick to praise Vesterinen’s wisdom.
“Seppo taught me a great way to masturbate on the bus,” he says. “Because we have three bunks on top of each other, the best way is to take a sock and masturbate in it, then throw it away.”
Oddly enough, along with shoes, cigarettes, money and men’s underwear, fans have also thrown socks on stage.
“Subconsciously they must have known what we needed,” surmises Mige.
Along with a love of performing, HIM say they have been lucky to tour with great bands. Among their favourites have been Monster Magnet, Skindred and Cathedral. Valo says it’s actually “as much about the fellows as the music”. But one band he’d love to tour with is Type O Negative.
“I have met Peter Steele once or twice,” says Valo. “The first time I was like a little boy, shivering and shaking. I was as drunk as fuck, shook his hand and ran away. The next time he was inebriated as he’d been drinking red wine. In a similar vein to Cradle Of Filth you never know when they are serious and when they’re not. They are able to look in the mirror and laugh at themselves but not at their work. I think that’s very important, whatever what you do.”

69 eyes review from my concert!

The 69 Eyes + Damone + Program The Dead (USA, March 12, 2006)

House Of Blues, Chicago, Illinois, USA, March 12, 2006

I know this isn’t a big deal anymore in Europe, but for the U. S. this is the Finns’ first shot. I have been waiting for the day and it finally came. I got there late just for the main attraction, but caught a bit of DAMONE. They were a modern version of the RAMONES with a female singer. They played Garage Rock. They were ok, but I didn’t pay much attention as I was socializing with friends I haven’t seen in a long while. As I waited for the show, I noticed that there weren’t a lot of people. Out of a possible 800 folks, I would say that about 300 people were there. It was enough to cover the main concert floor and that was fine with me. That meant that I would have room to breathe and this felt more like a personal show for me. Since I had a photo pass to shoot the band, I had to wait up front by the barricades and when the curtains were beginning to raise the Hot Topic kids all decked out in Goth garb began to scream and I made my way into the front and waited for them to appear. Even I began to scream and cheer for a minute because I was excited to see the band, too.

The intro song was the theme song to the 80s vampire teen flick “The Lost Boys” titled “Thou Shall Not Kill”. A few minutes later, they break out into the title track of “Devils” which is what they were supporting. Everyone went nuts including myself as Jussi69, Timo-Timo, Bazie, Archzie and Jyrki decked out in a skeleton coat a la MISFITS style with sunglasses on took to the stage to jam out. They sounded perfect as the combination of Glam, Pop, Rock, Metal and Goth were being blazed through the speakers and all of us ate it up. Kids were just singing along to all the songs like “Sister Of Charity” which made for a romantic moment as the lights were dimmed in favor of the disco ball being spun for this one. Jussi69 was flamboyant, but full of energy as he not only slammed his drum skins to death, but he was shaking his ass for the girls and simulating masturbation as he stroked his drum sticks and spat beer from his mouth. He would also stand on his drums every now and then and play like that as well, but he was in top form. As for Jyrki, he wore his jacket, took it off and had his best shades on. He would run around with his mike and spin round and round until I would get dizzy looking at him. No, I didn’t forget the rest of the boys either because they all gave 150% as well.

In the end, if you weren’t there then shame on you. This was a concert not to be missed. Even though the tickets were twelve U. S. dollars, they gave you a hundred dollar show and they didn’t even have any kind of pyro or props. All they had was a sheet with the band’s name. There weren’t a lot of folks, but they played as if there was no tomorrow to all the tweensters, adults and even parents who brought their 12 and under kids. I even saw old men getting into the band. Weird. What made these guys stand out is that they played with a click track so not a beat would be missed. This was pointed out by my friend. All the keyboards and little sound effects were set to a tape and they were all on cue and it made them sound larger than life. This, as my friend pointed out, said is what was lacking in the HIM shows. And I agree. While I love those guys, too, and think they are great, their sound is just a little flat and they could use this.

After a 60 minute show, the band disappears for a minute and comes back for an encore which included “Lost Boys”, in which I could feel the floor shake. Kids began to mosh (not sure why) and even the band noticed. In all, it was 70 minutes of a greatest hits show come to life where even if you didn’t know all of the song titles, you knew the chords because you have all heard these songs a million times over. Bottom line, even I was going crazy for this band. I normally don’t jump around at any shows. I just watch from a distance, but got caught up in the hysteria as well and glad it happened. If you have the DVD and think that you got it all on there, you’re wrong. I own it too, and it was nothing like seeing them live in 2006. Hell, I want a bootleg of the show for myself to watch over and over. They will be back and when they arrive on U.S. soil, I will be there again and again and again. What a show!

The Rasmus concert was amazing! Logan and i went to see the Rasmus last night in Chicago. It was soo amazing! We met some really cool people there! Then The Rasmus showed up to do a sound check and i was like two feet away from Lauri!:D Then we waited fro the concert to start and then the doors opened. So the girls on the left, boys on the right. Logan got in befor me so he saved us a huge spot in the front row!! That was so awesome bcause there were a lot of people there! Then the opening bands played and they were pretty good.

new interview with jonne!!!!!!! its from a fansite, if you want the link ill give it to ya;)

Interview mit Jonne Aaron

P=Peggy, D=Danni, J=Jonne

P: Hi, I’m Peggy, this is Danni *points at Danni*
J: I’m Jonne *waves and laughs*
D: I’m searching for my questions.
P: How are you? It’s too hot....
J: Yeah, it’s a little bit like in the rain forest, it has that atmosphere as well.

P: How many interviews have you had by now?
J: Today?
P: Today.
J: It’s the second one.

P: How does it feel being back in Germany?
J: It’s fucking great.
P: Great?
J: Yeah, I mean playing live at festivals..it’s like that time there’re only a few festivals in Finland. And it’s so different in Finland if you compare these festivals over here and there.. it’s like.. how can I say.. it’s nice to be here again *smiles*

P: Welcome! :)

P: What are you usually doing first when you arrive in a new town?
J: *thinks * Mmmmh, writing in myself into a hotel. *smiles*
P: *laughs* That’s great.
J: That’s it… And… I don’t know, I don’t have usually time to.. for example watch to see any sightseeings or..
P: Sightseeings? Have you seen the cathedral?
J: No, not yet, because last time I was in a hangover, when some of our friends went to the tower… this one big church *shows with his arms how big it is ;)* And they went to see that one… I think *looks at the other NGT guys*  our whole band is pretty lazy about that… sightseeing-thing *smiles* It’s like we’re only for playing over here, so… and having fun!
P: Yes…
J: So, we don’t need…
P: We’re here, you must have fun. :P

D: Next question. Soon you’ll release the first single of your upcoming album. Maybe you can tell us a bit about the background of ‘Planet Of The Sun’  and why did you choose this one to be the first single.
J: Mhhh… pff… To be honest, we picked this song … *stares at the ceiling* it was because this is the softest song from the album. I mean, it’s most radio-friendly, you know..
D: Mainstream?!
J: Yeah, and it’s hard to reach those radio rotations.. over here.. it seems like that. So, that’s why we picked it and it is also that you can hear the familiar sound of our band from that single. So if we would pick for example ‘One Last Shot’, ‘We Can’t Go On’ or ‘Glory Of The Shame’ it would be probably too heavy for the radios and for MTV and VIVA. So we’re.. ok.. we are musical prostitutes *smiles* We’re whores! *laughs* We have to do it..

D: How much do we have to pay?
D, J, P: *laugh*
J: No, it’s also… it’s really .. I think it’s really beautiful mid tempo rocksong.

D: Ok, and the album.. the title… can you tell us about why it is called ANORECTIC?
P: Please!
J: Ehm, I would say. You know, we’ve gone through really happy and also difficult times during these latest 4 .. 5 years. So, that’s the other side of the coin. I would say… You know it’s … *keeps his mouth open while thinking*  I mean if you’re listening to the whole album, you will hear that the sound is bigger than ever.. we’ve done before and so ANORECTIC represents the other side. *smiles*

D: Ok, you’ve got new promotionpics and as we can see you changed your style does that also mean a change in music or is it just promopics?
J: No, no…it is just.. you know.. I just decided to cut them off *shows how bis his hair was* I mean, if you mean my hair for example.. I had the dreads.
D: Yeah…
J: And they were too heavy. And I got frustrated because.. it was so.. we were touring last time and it was so fucking devastating to wash them. You can’t wash them with shampoo for example or stuff like that, so..

D: Too much work…
J: Yeah, it was getting too difficult. So, I cut them off myself.
D: Have you kept them as a souvenir or something like that…
J: Yeah…
P: Yeah?
J: Maybe I can sell them one day.. *laughs*
P: Ebay!

J: *laughs* Yeah, on Ebay

P: We buy it…*laughs*
J: Who’s gonna offer most *laughs*
D: Ok, but for charity or..
J: No, maybe… no one would want them because it’s …
D: You don’t know what your fans would buy.
J: It smells like shit. They look even terrible!
D: But it’s fun what they buy at Ebay. I mean, somebody bought a bag touched by you.
P: Yes and towels.
J: Yeah yeah, maybe you can use that as a whip. *moves his arm like he’s whipping someone*

...But it’s something.. in in.. at the moment.. I mean, in these days, we don’t plan anymore so much our image. It’s like: We are what we are!
P: aww…
J: It comes naturally. Back in the early days, we were thinking much more… Are we gonna wear now make up or that kind of stuff or am I gonna wear pink or black.. or…
D: Many fans were confused that you won’t wear pink anymore…
J: Of course you wanna look good, but, you know, you just wear that feels comfortable.

D: So, you’ve been very long in the studio. What is the studiowork for you like and is it hard for others to work with you?
J: To me it’s easy, because, you know, my part of the whole recording session .. we can it do in the end. So, first we’re gonna record drums and bass and after that we’re gonna do guitars and keyboards. And usually together with all of them. And I’m gonna be the latest one. So, to me it’s like, you know, chilling out at the studio *looks at the other NGT guys and smiles* .. No it’s… pretty hectic but it’s nice. But this session was the hardest ever. To me as personally, because it was like, it seemed that we realised that there was this.. *thinks* it’s hard to describe, it was like a magical atmosphere in the studio when we realiseD: Oh fuck, we have really strong songs. This time.. you know. It was, we knew that.. we realised that we were doing something really different than ever before.. you know.
D: It’s more hard rock ‘n roll…
J: Yeah yeah and it was like.. we had this whole theme before we went to the studio. When we were playing for the first time these songs, we were like.. you know, these… when you see some nice boy or girl for the first time for example, or some nice person. And you wanna f… *laughs*  and you wanna do some nice things with him or her *giggles*, you know… the same kind of feelings…

P: We know, we know, we know!

J: You know...
D: So You’re excited.
J: Yeah, really excited and all these *rubbing his belly*  *asks the other NGT guys for an English word*  *Antti answers* .. roaches on your tummy *smiles* and butterflies! *says something in finnish to the other NGT guys*

J: But now I feel really self comfortable with this album…
D: Satisfied..
J: Yes, satisfied. Right after the sessions, because we’re really grown as a band and as persons. I mean, .. hopefully *smiles* I mean, we’re the same monkeys than before, but… yeah.

P: Does anyone of you or the whole band together have some sort of talisman that you always carry around or a certain ritual before the shows?
J: I have my asthma medication. It’s one of those things I can’t live without. But it’s… I can’t say about the other guys *looks at them* because… *asks them something in finnish* I mean, Snack *points at him* Yeah, he’s always wearing those sunglasses..

Antti: On tour!
J: On tour, no, in his freetime also because he is so wasted *everybody laughs*
Snack: I’ve been all of my life…
*Jonne asks Christus something in finnish*
Christus: Cigarettes!
J: Cigarettes…
J: We have also in our backstage rider, there’s this *looks at Christus* vanilla cirgarettes for him *points at Christus* I don’t know, have you noticed that he’s smoking them on the stage?

D: He’s smoking all the time on stage..
P: Yes..
J: Yeah yeah, but these vanilla cigarettes.*Christus says something in finnish and shows his cigs*

J: And it has to be… yeah…
J: What about Antti? *looks at him*
Antti: Nothing…
J: Nothing!
Antti: Even first time we went to Japan, the only thing I had with me was a old plastic bag.. So *smiles*
D: Okay great *laughs*
Christus: And make up is very important
J: What I have to carry also, is my asthma medication, ok… that’s one of those really important things.

P: Ok, do you have any nicknames inside the band and what do you think about nicknames given to you by fans. There are names like Jonni-Wonni, Jonni-Hasi…
J: *looks suspicious* Jonni-Wonni, oh f***,  what does it mean? *laughs* *shakes his head*

D: It’s supposed to sound cute or something like that…
J: Really?

J: These guys from our crew, they call me Levylaulada
P: What?
J: *says the finnish word again* I mean, it’s like record singer ( .. it’s like ‘fucking with me’
*Christus tries to say something but doesn’t remember the English words*
J: It’s about.. I don’t know, it’s not a compliment.. always, it’s a little bit like ‘fucking with me’ *smiles*

P: But Jonni-Wonni…
J: Yeah, I don’t know…
D: I mean, they call Christus Barbie!
*Christus looks suspicious*
P: Yes, Barbie!
D: Because of your underwear.
Christus: Ah *grins*

J: That’s much better (than barbie)  *laughs* .. Jonni-Donni
P: *laughs* What?
D & P: Wonni!
J: Bonny *looks shocked* ..wtf...
D & P: Wonni… Bonny..
*everybody laughs*
J: do I look like a horse *tries to imitate a horse face*

D: Do you send postcards to your family or your friends when you’re on tour?
J: I used to, when we were on our first tours in Japan and also from here. When we were the first time doing some promotion here… with Larry… I sent a postcard to my mum. But not anymore, you’re getting lazier and lazier about that kind of things when you’re touring more and more. It’s like.. you just concentrate of… do not miss any stuff. For example, today I lost my cellphone.
P: Oh no…
J: It’s somewhere in the plane or.. I don’t know and there’s so many new ideas for the next album and it has everything I own and you know, it’s really personal. It’s like a diary to me, so I lost that one *looks desperate*  So, I’m getting more and more careful about that kind of things, that I’m concentrating to do best show ever, you know, and never before.

D: Ok, does anyone of you have bad habits that annoys everybody when you’re on tour?
J: I’m spreading all my stuff all around and I think the guys are pretty upset about that. And we all do have our that kind of bad habits. And maybe it’s something you get toxicated with or maybe it’s that kind of you spreading.. *points at the floor*
P: *points at the suitcase she has her feet on* Is it yours?
J: No, this it not mine. It is.. mine is over there *points at it* It’s not yet all over. It’s like atom-bomb. But I’m… you know, it’s something, I like to live like that and I’m getting better with order.
D: Ok, we pray for you *laughs*

D: What’s your favourite piece of clothing and another user, from our forum, wanted to know, what kind of perfume you are using.
J: Perfume?
P: Yes.
J: *smiles* It’s like .. *laughs* *points at Nakki/Antti/Christus??* did you see?

The way he looked at me.. *laughs* It was... I love Hugo Boss Vanilla.
D: Vanilla?
J: Yes, you know vanilla? It’s a little bit feminine.. *thinks*
P: It’s for women?
J: No, it’s for men, but it’s not so.. it’s not so masculine..
P: Yes.
J: So, Hercules kinda… *smiles* You know *does smellsounds with his nose* smell…

P: Yes, ok....
J: So, it’s.. I love it because it’s a little bit like candy.
P: Aaah.
J: Vanilla.

D: Ok, is there a certain point when you start feeling harassed by your fans?
J: Mhhh *thinks* what was the… can you repeat the question?
D: Yeah, I mean, if fans become too.. if they want to come to your private life and you say to that point and no step closer and you start feeling pissed off..
J: No, I mean, I do have my really.. I mean, these guys are *points at the other NGT guys* really really close to me and we’re like six wolves when we’re on tour and whatever. But we all do have our close friends when we’re not.. you know.. outside of the band.

D: But if somebody comes into this…
J: Ah, some new people!? I mean, it depends your mood, it depends your day. Sometimes… usually I like to discuss and talk with the people. I’m really social, when I’m in a good mood. You know, but we all have our rainy days, also. And I, I can be total asshole and probably it’s gonna be a situation like when somebody’s coming to me and.. if I’m hanging in a bar or whatever. And I just want to be alone or if I’m talking with some of my friends and somebody is coming and interrupt me, you know, then it’s like… I probably would say something like: Take off or whatever, you know. Sometimes! …we all do have rainy days.
P: Yeah..
J: But it’s… I usually like it, because you have to take all of this whole thing. For example this interview, it’s nice to talk with you. *smiles*

P: Yes?! Oh, thank you. :)
J. But when you wanna take off, I just stay at home. *laughs* And watch a lot of shitty movies and drink underwear.. with my underwears. Only wearing my underwear and getting wasted. *says something in finnish to the other NGT guys* Underwearwasted. *laughs*

D: So, Lordi won the Eurovision Song Contest and you have had your first experience as a moderator. Could you imagine moderating, for example, the Grad Prix in Helsinki next year? Or even take part with Negative?
J: No! I wouldn’t… I can’t see that it would be our way to grow our fanbase. I mean, we’ve been always like a really strong liveband, we really enjoy to do liveshows, so that’s the best way. I can’t see.. no.. if we’re gonna.. it’s not our format.
D: It’s just too snobby?!
J: Yeah, it is too.. it doesn’t represent Rock ‘N Roll at all. To me… I mean, it’s like a EuroDisco Contest.

P: Then, any last message to your fans?
J: Ähhh *thinks* Beware and be patient..
D: Buy the new single.. for example.

J: Yeah, and vote our new upcoming single ‘Planet Of The Sun’ for every fucking radiostation and every TV shows over here. And we’re gonna shoot this video, a day after tomorrow, in.. *asks the other NGT guys* in München (Munich)
P: München? (Munich)
J: In München, yeah, we’re gonna... it’s some old circus and we’re gonna do this video for ‘Planet Of The Sun’. So, hopefully it’s gonna be soon on air, also over here. So, vote as hell!!! *smiles*

Firstly, we want to thank Dani for giving us the opportunity to do this interview. And for building this website that has become our second home.
Especially when it comes to the interview, we have to say thanks to Sylvie from Roadrunner Records for answering our questions and organising the whole interview. We made this interview, as everyone can see, with Jonne. So thanks to Jonne who was really very polite, friendly and pretty funny! After the interview we have had one little nice helper, Susi, so thanks to her for writing it down.

I Wanna Know

Hey love, I've been thinking about us

I'm just wondering about the things that were said

I just do'nt know about us anymore and it just kills me

I wanna know, do you love me anymore?

I wanna know do you care anymore?

I wanna know do you know what your doing to me anymore?

Do you see what i mean??!

How this is killing me about everything that happens between us

So love, does this kill you 2?!

Do you feel hurt, scared, not loved, invisible??

So in the end is this all worth it love??!

I wanna know how do you really feel

I guess i never will, so i shall leave you with this song.

I hope in the end I'll find out if it was worth it, love
